Newly built in March 1996, the Cottage offers two private rentals. Each rental sleeps one to four people. Beds can be made king or twin. Both feature a complete kitchen and living-room combination, a separate bedroom, and full bathroom. Each is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. No smoking is allowed inside the Cottage. However, an outside ashtray is provided near each entrance.
Cottage windows open to magnificent scenes looking up Cave Creek Canyon and framing the abutting national wilderness area. Guests have often left lists of over 50 bird species seen just looking out the windows.

One night's deposit paid in advance will hold your reservation. Refunds are made for cancellations requested at least seven days in advance.
